The former Major League Baseball pitcher pleaded guilty in July to  felony driving under the influence of alcohol and felony driving with a  blood-alcohol level exceeding .08. At that time, he was sent to Chino  State Prison for a 90-day diagnostic program to see if he was eligible  for probation.
The incident — his second DUI — happened on Aug. 15, 2009. Keough was  returning to his Coto de Caza home with beer when sheriff's deputies  saw him make a "rolling stop" at a stop sign. According to O.C.  Sheriff's spokesman Jim Armomino and a report on Wikipedia.org, the  deputies tried to pull him over, but Keough drove home and ran inside.  Deputies followed him inside and arrested him. His blood-alcohol content  was .30 — neary four times the legal limit of .08.
At his court appearance Thursday, Jeana Keough asked the judge to  give her husband, whom she's divorcing, probation. She said he would  have a strong support network, including two sons, Shane and Colton, who  reside at home.
