The former Major League Baseball pitcher pleaded guilty in July to felony driving under the influence of alcohol and felony driving with a blood-alcohol level exceeding .08. At that time, he was sent to Chino State Prison for a 90-day diagnostic program to see if he was eligible for probation.
The incident — his second DUI — happened on Aug. 15, 2009. Keough was returning to his Coto de Caza home with beer when sheriff's deputies saw him make a "rolling stop" at a stop sign.
