Skyping about Skype
I bet you've heard of Skype, after all its been around since about 2003. But in case you've been living in a cave, here is the low down. Skype is basically a piece of software that once downloaded allows the user to make voice calls over the Internet (VOIP).
Some 'early adopter' friends of mine did installed Skype long ago. Whenever they called us speech was delayed and the line crackled to the point it was unusable, so I am blaming those reasons for my delay in getting onto it.
Once my decision to Skype was made I downloaded the application (for free) to my computer and was surprised by its simplicity. After answering the required questions and picking a username and password I was done. With download complete I started using Skype, but only via the text based chat. Skype to Skype phone calls are free, however I didn't know if I even knew anyone else with Skype, so I stuck with the text based chat until I found my mojo.
Imagine my surprise when my computer started ringing one grey afternoon. I actually didn't know what the noise was and totally missed the call. When I looked at the Skype window it displayed that I had indeed missed a call from a dear friend who is currently living expat style, in Malaysia. Keen to trial Skype voice calls and with a contact now on my radar, I hit the call button. She answered!!
The whole conversation was a little awkward, after all my laptop isn't sporting a camera so whilst I could see her and her beautiful daughter, she could only hear me. The confusion on her four year old daughters face was priceless.
My sister in law has also recently cottoned onto Skype and the chance to see my nephews and the opportunity to show off my own 7 month olds new tricks is to wonderful not to love. So now I am rolling out the bandwagon and enlisting my family and friends to Skype up.

We often confuse thirst with hunger, leading to load our body with unnecessary calories, when what we really need is a glass of cold water. If you prefer, you can add some lemon slices to the jug of water for extra flavour, or to drink tea with fruit flavour but no sugar. It is a simple and healthy trick that will help you a lot in your weight loss efforts.
Tip #2. Think about what you can add to your diet, not what to remove
Set a goal to try and consume the recommended 5-9 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. This will ensure that your body takes the necessary fiber, while fighting hunger. You must also not forget the many benefits of vegetables for your health and disease prevention.
A good way to eat more vegetables is to mix them with the food. For example you can have vegetables in your rice or soups, in chicken as salads or in pasta. This is better than eating them on the side.

Many times, our desire for food is not due to real hunger, but due to other several psychological factors. It is also a not healthy habit because it does not offer anything and will help you destroy your weight loss efforts.

I eat fruit for breakfast every morning
& Im trying to eat mostly whole foods.
I exercise every other day.
Its not good to exercise vigorously every single
day because the muscles need to repair themselves.
When I dont go to kickboxing I do Tae Bo.

وفي المجموعة الأولى يستضيف الترجي التونسي منافسه وفاق سطيف الجزائري في مباراة قوية ، في حين يلعب مازيمبي الكونغولي حامل اللقب مع ضيفه ديناموز من زيمبابوي في لوبومباشي.
يتصدر الترجي الترتيب برصيد 9 نقاط ، يليه مازيمبي بـ7 نقاط ووفاق سطيف بـ4 وديناموز بـ3.

توفى صباح اليوم فاروق منير شقيق النجم الكبير محمد منير والذى كان يعمل بالسياحة ويقيم فى أسوان وذلك بعد صراع طويل مع المرض خلال الفترة الأخيرة، حيث سافر على الفور محمد منير إلى أسوان، وتم دفن الجثمان وإقامة العزاء بمنزل منير بأسوان، على أن يقام عزاء آخر بالقاهرة عقب عودة منير من أسوان.
وكان منير قد علم فجأة بنبأ وفاة شقيقه واتجه على الفور إلى أسوان، وكان فاروق يعانى من عدة أمراض مزمنة تسببت فى تردى حالته الصحية وكان محمد منير يلازمه الفترة الأخيرة حتى أنه فى أحد الأوقات قطع رحلته الغنائية التى كانت فى ألمانيا حتى يتابع حالة فاروق الصحية.
ويعيش النجم محمد منير حالة نفسية سيئة بعد رحيل أخيه حيث كان أقرب المقربين إليه، فقد كان بمثابة أبيه الروحى.
تمزيق القران الكريم امام البيت الابيض
يبدو ان الاصرار على اهانة القران الكريم قد اصبحت موضة امريكية تنتشر هذه الايام في ذكرى مرور تسعة اعوام على احداث 11 سبتمبر فقد قامت مجموعة متطرفة بتمزيق صفحات من القرآن ليلة أمس السبت، أمام البيت الأبيض فى الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، تنديداً بما سمته "كذبة" الإسلام، وبالتزامن مع إحياء الذكرى التاسعة لاعتداءات 11 سبتمبر.
ونقلت إذاعة هولندا عن راندال تيرى العضو فى هذه الجماعة المؤلفة من ستة أشخاص والقريبة من تجمع "حزب الشاى" المحافظ قوله: إنّ "أحد أسباب قيامنا بذلك هو أنّه يجب وقف كذبة أنّ الإسلام دين مسالم".
وفى وقت سابق، قام ناشط آخر وهو أندرو بيكام بتلاوة عشرات الآيات القرآنية التى قال إنها تدعو إلى الكراهية ضد المسيحيين واليهود، ثم قام بتمزيق صفحات من مصحف صغير الحجم مترجم إلى اللغة الإنجليزية، وذلك وفق ما نقلته وكالة "فرانس برس".
وباستثناء عشرين صحفياً قاموا بالتغطية الإعلامية، لم تستحوذ هذه العملية على انتباه أحد سوى عدد قليل من السياح.. ووقفت الشرطة على مسافة بضعة أمتار، ودونت أسماء المشاركين فى التحرك إلا أنّها لم تتدخل.
وجرى تنظيم هذا التجمع فى اليوم الذى تحيى فيه الولايات المتحدة ذكرى مرور تسعة أعوام على اعتداءات 11 سبتمبر، وبعد تراجع القس الأمريكى تيرى جونز عن دعوته لإحراق نسخ من القرآن الكريم فى فلوريدا الأمريكية.
وأضافت الإذاعة أنّ الرئيس الأمريكى باراك أوباما أبدى قلقه لرؤية مزيد من الأشخاص يرتكبون أعمالاً مماثلة، محذراً من الخطر الذى تحمله هذه الأفعال على حياة الأمريكيين.
وقال أوباما فى خطاب ألقاه أمس السبت خلال حفل أقيم قرب واشنطن: "بصفتنا أمريكيين لسنا ولن نكون أبداً فى حرب مع الإسلام.. من هاجمنا فى ذلك اليوم من سبتمبر لم يكن ديانة، بل القاعدة، عصابة يرثى لها من الرجال الذين حرفوا الدين

قصه الفيلم
الفيلم يدور في إطار رومانسي مشوق تم كتابته بشكل جيد و يحمل مساحة تمثيلية كبيره تغري أي فنان . وتدور أحداث الفيلم من خلال شخصية نور التي يجسدهاتامر حسني و هو شاب يعيش في إحدى المحافظات و لديه موهبة الغناء و يتجه للقاهرة للدراسة في كلية التربية الموسيقية لتحقيق حلمه في الشهرة و الغناء . وأعلن تامر عن إحدى مفاجآت الفيلم وهو أنه قرر أن يغني في أحد المشاهد أغنية "ميال" للمطرب الكبير عمرو دياب وسيؤكد على أنه من عشاقه.
