I wish I started this diet months ago. I feel so much healthier. I am drinking loads more salad, fruit and drinking bucket loads of water. Even if I am not losing weight, I feel better. I am definitely losing weight though. I feel lighter, I look a bit lighter and my clothes are definitely not as tight. I always compare my weight loss to carrying a bag of potatoes and how heavy they are and then realising that I am no longer carrying that much around with me everyday.
I even had treats this week. Wine. Chocolate. Home made scones. I did count them in my points though. My parents are visiting this week so it will be hard for my Mum to not be able to make desserts.
This weeks weight loss: 1.3kg
